If you have already established an account, you can go directly to the [ORDER] button below. 1) When you click the [ORDER] button it will take you to the Great Lakes web site. As a first time user you must establish an account for yourself to be able to order on-line. After you set up your username and password you will be asked for the organizations Enrollment code. Copy and paste this code in that box: FD7468A612218 2) You will then be able to order your Scrip and print an order form. 3) Bring the order form and a check to Scrip night and give it to the Scrip rep. 4) Your Scrip cards will be returned for you to pick up the following week. |
